Egg crust recipe (Typical Jakarta)
 

 


















Recipes Indonesia (crust Egg)
 Material:

  •     100 grams of white glutinous rice and soaked dengna water for approximately 2 hours.
  •     4 duck eggs.
  •     4 tablespoons of fried onions.
  •     2 teaspoons salt.
  •     1 teaspoon sugar.
  •     4 tablespoons serundeng.
  •     4 pieces chili, chopped fine.
  •     4 tablespoons dried shrimp powder
  •     1 teaspoon pepper powder.
How to make:
  1.     Heat the pan (use Happycall) until quite hot.
  2.     Put one tablespoon of vegetable sticky rice soaked in water along with approximately 50 grams in a pan, then cover and cook for kuran glebih 2 to 3 minutes, then set aside.
  3.     Open cover the pan, then put 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of fried onions, 2 tablespoons serundeng, 2 tablespoons dried shrimp, 2 pieces of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, and 1/2 teaspoon sugar, stir until evenly distributed.
  4.     Roll out the side in the pan, cover and cook again until fragrant. Roll up and serve
