Ingredients
• 250 grams of shrimp
• 1 clove of garlic
• 4 spring onions
• 10 pieces of curly red pepper
• 3 pieces of red cayenne pepper
• 1 tea spoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon flavoring
• sufficient water
• 5 tablespoons of cooking oil
Step
1. Remove and clean the shrimp heads .. then siangi onion, white and chilli wash. Set aside
2. Puree / blender garlic, onion, red pepper curls, cayenne pepper and tomatoes with salt and sugar added.
3. Heat input teflon frying oil to taste. After the hot input spice blend and add enough water.
4. Once the water recedes. Put shrimp, flavoring and a little water. Cook until shrimp red and ripe.
