5. 3 cloves garlic
6. Other spices:
7. 6 bay leaves
8. 1 vertebra lengkoas large size (geprek)
9. 70 grams of brown sugar
10. 4 tablespoons soy sauce
11. 1 tablespoon sugar
12. 1 tablespoon salt
13. 1 liter of water / coconut water
14. 1 tbsp tamarind diluted with 100ml water
